Our Manufacturing Sites.

Javelin.

Our Javelin site is a specialist solid dose production site. With high-speed capsule presses, semi-automatic capsule presses and 3 tablet presses.

In addition to the solid dose production machines, we have a high-speed bottle filling line, capable of filling 1,500 bottles per hour.

Axiom.

Our Axiom facility houses a brand new, state-of-the-art probiotic blending and encapsulation lab. Here we can fill capsules, sachets, tubs and stick packs with a range or blends from generic to branded ingredients.

Additional weighing and blending facilities are situated in the building. It is here that we have 30,000 square feet of warehousing and office space for all our team members.

Sample Laboratory

We can produce a wide range of samples and smaller production batches in our on-site laboratory. This allows us to develop new products and concepts quickly and efficiently and get samples to our clients as quickly as possible. Our benchmark samples also ensure all our products are manufactured to our client’s exact specifications set out.

We also conduct raw material testing on-site for all deliveries to ensure compliance and quality.
