JSHealth is an ongoing relationship hoping to grow the range here in the UK and EU we currently have 5 SKUs on our manufacturing and another 6 in process of adding. Their main goal is to have premium products with the formulation and quality of ingredients being the heart of the product. Ensuring the product is suitable for all.
The main challenge is time, with sign off processes and the founder being based in Australia. At times this has been challenging from both customer and manufacturer point of view.
The customer has received product to stock their new retailers, increasing their presence within the UK market, the customer has also received help on their regulatory information, changing formulation from Australia to UK has meant changing formulation to become UK and EU compliant.
Key Account Management has meant the customer can receive all the information they need, when they need it, having weekly calls with the KAM to keep updated and aligned on projects.
