Our Staff

I am the Senior Flavourist at Supplement Factory and look after sample management, combining scientific training with the creative side of flavour development. My work spans flavour creation, sensory evaluation, and the development of both powder and liquid supplements.

What I specialise in is taste and aroma: making a product taste the way it should, which often means masking bitterness or working around the off-notes a difficult ingredient brings with it. I came here from Claremont Ingredients, and I try to bring a practical, thoughtful approach to product innovation and to leading a team.

I am also the author of The Flavour Detectives, which introduces young readers to flavour and sensory science.
