Greg Rook is General Manager of Production at Supplement Factory, where he leads the manufacturing operation that turns finished, signed-off formulas into shipped product. He is responsible for production planning, capacity, quality on the line and on-time delivery, and works closely with brands to make sure the making of a product is built into their launch from the start rather than discovered at the end.

With a career spent in manufacturing and operational leadership, Greg brings a practical, no-nonsense view of what it actually takes to produce a supplement to specification, at scale, and on time. He is a firm believer that the best launches come from brands and manufacturers working as partners, and he writes openly about lead times, sequencing, and the realities of production that too often go unsaid.
