I am a dedicated professional in the food and supplement manufacturing sector, passionate about delivering exceptional quality, driving innovation, and supporting sustainability. I thrive in challenging environments and in leadership roles where I can guide projects and teams to consistently exceed expectations. My passion for chemistry began in secondary school, when a teacher sparked my curiosity with a fireworks experiment in a simple test tube. That moment inspired me to pursue the field further, leading me to graduate with a Level 6 Engineering Diploma in Food and Chemistry, followed by a Master’s degree in Biotechnology of Natural Resources. My thesis, Studies on the behaviour of alpha-lactalbumin at different temperatures using in silico techniques, allowed me to combine scientific exploration with practical application.
I entered the food supplement industry in 2015 as a tablet operator, but my dedication, curiosity, and self-driven research quickly accelerated me into managerial responsibilities. Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in every stage of the production cycle, from formulation and development to packaging and large-scale manufacturing, while continuing to lead and contribute to innovation projects. Today, I head formulation and sampling, having successfully developed hundreds of projects that are not only highly effective but also excel in taste, texture, and presentation.
During the pandemic, I further strengthened my leadership capabilities by completing an 18-month course in Operations Management – ILM Level 5 from the Institute of Leadership and Management. This programme gave me the opportunity to deepen my skills in project planning, operational management, finance, problem solving and decision making, as well as in self-awareness, building relationships, communication, and leading and managing people. This experience reinforced my ability to bring structure, clarity, and vision to both projects and teams.
My journey reflects a unique balance of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and leadership, and I remain committed to shaping the future of food supplements through both science and strategy.
