Fasting: from Caveman to Keto

In the modern whirlwind of dietary trends and health hacks, fasting stands out as a time-honored practice that dates back to our earliest ancestors. It’s a natural part of the human experience, historically born out of necessity rather than choice. Today, however, it has been embraced as a conscious health decision, with methods like intermittent fasting gaining popularity in lifestyle and diet circles, including the ketogenic community.

As the CEO of a leading supplement manufacturer, my personal exploration into fasting has been both a professional curiosity and a lifestyle choice. Restricting my eating to a window between 5pm and 8pm, I’ve experienced a surge in energy levels and a newfound focus on hydration. This is not just about abstaining from food; it’s about understanding and respecting the body’s innate rhythms and giving it the respite it needs to rejuvenate.


The Science of Fasting
