Our Staff

I am a specialist in modern business process and architecture, with a long background across human resources, company finance, insurance and corporate structure. I have held company directorships since I was 28. As Director of Financial Services I work across all of it at once, which is rarer than it sounds: most people settle into one area and stay there. It means I tend to read a decision in one part of a business for what it will do to the rest.

What interests me is how a business is actually put together. Where responsibility sits, which processes are load bearing, and where a little structure would replace work that is currently being done by hand. I am a workaholic with a keen eye for detail, and I am the proof reader here by habit as much as by request: not much leaves the building that I have not read twice.

More recently I have taken a growing interest in AI coding, and in what it changes about the way processes get built rather than merely written down.
