1. Scope of Work
1.1. Each label design project pertains to a singular product category (e.g., sleep support capsules, testosterone boosters, super greens, pre-workouts, etc.).
1.2. Design variations are applicable under two primary conditions:
– Packaging modifications incur an additional charge of [X price] per variation.
– Flavour-based adaptations are charged at [X price] per packaging variation.
1.3. The service encompasses the creation of both front and back label designs.
1.4. The back label shall integrate a comprehensive nutritional information panel alongside all legally mandated disclaimers and regulatory text relevant to the designated market(s).
1.5. Clients may opt for supplementary regulatory artwork compliance verification at an additional fee of [X] per product.
2. Revisions & Approval Process
2.1. The package includes up to six (6) revisions as part of the standard agreement.
2.2. Any modifications exceeding the six (6) allocated revisions will incur a supplementary charge of [X price] per revision.
2.3. The revision process does not differentiate between minor and major alterations; each revision is counted equally.
2.4. Supplement Factory bears no liability for project delays resulting from the client’s failure to provide timely feedback, approvals, or required materials.
3. Timelines & Delivery
3.1. The expected completion timeframe is **30 days**, contingent upon the client furnishing all required materials within **one (1) business day** of request.
3.2. Expedited services or priority processing is **not available**.
3.3. Supplement Factory assumes no responsibility for delays arising from internal scheduling constraints, unforeseen contingencies, or external variables.
3.4. Delays instigated by the client’s failure to provide assets, approvals, or feedback shall not impose any obligation upon Supplement Factory to accelerate project timelines.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Clients must provide all requisite brand assets, including but not limited to:
– Logos (preferably in vector formats such as AI, EPS, or SVG)
– Defined brand colour schemes
– Completion of Supplement Factory’s comprehensive client briefing document
4.2. If provided assets are deemed insufficient in quality or resolution for production purposes, Supplement Factory reserves the right to levy an additional charge for redrawing or enhancing such materials.
5. Multiple Product Designs & Variations
5.1. Requests for additional design iterations or adaptations after project initiation shall be subject to standard pricing guidelines.
5.2. The incorporation of supplementary design variations may necessitate an extension of the project timeline.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
6.1. Upon full payment and final project approval, the client acquires **exclusive ownership rights** over the completed design.
6.2. The client retains the legal prerogative to register the design as their proprietary intellectual property.
6.3. All associated source files (e.g., AI, PSD, PDF) shall be furnished upon project completion and approval.
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Project Abandonment
7.1. Once the project has commenced (defined as the submission of the client briefing document post-payment), refunds may be **partially granted** or **denied** based on work completed.
7.2. If the client has approved the initial draft, the project shall be deemed **non-refundable**.
7.3. Projects that remain inactive (i.e., lack of client communication or feedback for a period exceeding 30 days) shall be deemed abandoned, finalized in their current state, and delivered accordingly.
8. Printing & Liability
8.1. Supplement Factory shall provide artwork files in formats specified by the client’s designated label printing provider.
8.2. Failure to communicate printing specifications prior to project initiation may necessitate revisions, which will count toward the client’s allocated revision limit.
8.3. Supplement Factory disclaims any responsibility for errors, misalignments, or printing defects following final client approval, except in cases where Supplement Factory serves as the designated label printer.
By engaging Supplement Factory’s label design services, the client affirms their acknowledgment and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
