Lorraine had already been a part of the food supplement industry for 3 years and joined Supplement Factory in the summer of 2017 as the Sales Manager for the North of the UK. Lorraine started her professional career at 19 in sales and thrives on helping businesses achieve, meeting customer needs and seeing new products succeed in the market.

Not a day goes by where Lorraine doesn’t communicate to customers, colleagues and research the industry and its constantly changing trends. She has now become a northern powerhouse,

Lorraine has developed into a multi-faceted, well-informed sales manager. Understanding a brand and living it, she is passionate about her customers and creating relationships. Offering a remarkable 5-star service, Lorraine is passionate about sports nutrition and works closely with the product development team to provide the latest technologies. She is always out on the road visiting new and existing customers, updating them on production, label design and delivery times.

Consultative selling is not about order taking, it is about learning what the customers need is and developing new ideas. It is about working with our NPD team to make what seems like the impossible happen.”

Lorraine’s job doesn’t end there, taking pride in the full service she can offer as part of the team is also encompassed within the role. She has the full support of the head office team and international sales managers offering guidance on product information, regulatory and potential leads.

I work from home covering the North of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Scandinavia as the Sales Manager, helping with an array of different businesses and contacting potential customers to create innovative, high-quality efficacious supplements.”
